Since we made public our stance on de-affiliating from CrossFit on Monday 8th June, nothing has changed in our minds. Despite being affiliated for 8 years to an organisation it was a simple decision to make.
Since this storm started we have been in constant communication in order to answer a whole bunch of questions, both for us internally, and for everyone we value.
We know that this is a turbulent time for many but we are committed to living by our values and coming out of this current situation as stronger people and wiser business owners.
