And of course, if you didn’t know already, Stirchley is where you’ll find SCFIT – home of Second City CrossFit! The local’s choice for CrossFit in Birmingham, SCFIT is a hidden gem in Clonmel Business Park, just behind Pershore Road. First opening over a decade ago in Rubery, South Birmingham, SCFIT relocated to its second home in Selly Oak in 2013. Then, in the Autumn of 2021, SCFIT closed its doors in Selly Oak and reopened the very next morning on Clonmel Road in Stirchley! With a custom-built entrance area and smartly design gym floor, this new 3rd location was a huge hit.
