Joining a new gym can feel overwhelming,especially if you’re brand new to working out! The good news? SCFIT’s Get Started courses make it simple. Both Get Started options will teach you the fundamental CrossFit movements, build confidence, and get ready to jump into group CrossFit classes feeling prepared and supported.
Choose between 1-2-1 sessions with a qualified CrossFit coach, or join our next Group Get Started and learn the basics in a small group setting.

Upon completion of your chosen Get Started option, join our group CrossFit classes! Classes are fully coached from start to finish (even the warm-up!) by an experienced member of the SCFIT coaching team, and scaled to suit all abilities.
