For those who want to take part in Hyrox racing events, SCFIT’s Hyrox classes will help equip you for just that – building a solid foundation of fitness so you can sign up to your first event feeling confident and capable.
You can expect to arrive at class to be greeted by a Hyrox coach, who will walk you through the workout brief for the day. You’ll then take part in a fully coached warm up, followed by your Hyrox workout! You might be running, rowing, skiing (using SCFIT’s Assault Runners and Concept 2 Ergs), pulling and pushing sleds, performing burpees and carries – all the movements you should expect to see in a Hyrox event. You’ll finish the class sweaty and accomplished, feeling amazing!
