This is our version of the daily CrossFit workout. SCGO classes are 60 minutes long, and fully coached by an expert member of the team. Your coach will teach all movements and ensure the workout is adapted to suit each individual, making classes inclusive and challenging for all members, regardless of age or experience. We really mean it – our members range from aged 16 to 60+, beginner to athlete.
Very similar to our SCGO classes, SCMOVE sessions are also 60 minutes in length, fully coached by a member of the team, and always adapted to the individual. The only difference is that each day of the week will have a different theme. This helps our members plan their weeks, and attend sessions that best align with their goals. From Gymnastics to Functional Bodybuilding, Engine to Barbell, the SCMOVE sessions are tailored to suit a whole range of fitness needs.
