If you’re new to CrossFit, start your functional fitness journey with one of our Get Started options. Think of this as your ‘On-Ramp’ to CrossFit: we’ll introduce the foundational movements, all coached at your pace, to ensure you’re prepared (and feeling confident!) to join our CrossFit group classes. Choose between our Group Get Started Programme or the 1-2-1 route.

Combined Memberships, Personal Training & Bespoke Training
If you’re interested in a combined membership, giving access to both CrossFit and HYROX Classes, book a ‘No Sweat Intro’ call with a member of the team! We’ll chat about your goals and experience and find an option to suit you.
At SCFIT we also offer a range of Personal Training options, on a 1-2-1, 2-2-1 or even small-group basis. Sessions can be 30 minutes, 45 minutes or 60 minutes so there’s solution for even the busiest of the people! We can also deliver Team Training (sport-specific strength and conditioning sessions) and can offer tailored corporate packages, so if you’re on the lookout for something bespoke, book a No Sweat Intro to chat to us about what you have in mind.
