You’re probably sick of guessing when it comes to your health and fitness.
You probably spend your life making fairly important decisions. At work and at home your decisions probably affect a lot of people and you do your best to make the best decisions for as many people as possible as often as possible. We’re no different, but this isn’t about us, this is about you…
This is about you investing your time and money in your own health and fitness journey and wanting to get real results as fast as possible.
This isn’t about:
- Cut price offers to get you to sign up to a gym that you’ll never go to
- Being left to figure it out by yourself
- Unrealistic expectations and timelines
- Under qualified staff
- A lack of accountability
- Being surrounded by people you don’t know and who don’t care about you
- Having to guess at what you should do to get results
Whilst we pride ourselves on being proudly different to those points listed above, let’s dive into the last one about guesswork:
If you wanted a garden wall built as efficiently as possible you’d probably get a builder in so you didn’t have to guess how much material to buy, how much time to budget for the job and how much energy you’d have to put into doing the job. The builder would bring the materials, work on the job when you weren’t able to and get it done in probably less time than you would’ve managed (a good builder would also probably clean up their mess after themselves too!). Then you’d be left with a nice wall in your garden and move on to the next project that you were thinking of doing.
If you’re not a health and fitness professional then surely it would make sense to work with one when you want to:
The coach that you hire will take all of the guesswork out of the process for you so that you can focus on living your life safe in the knowledge that you’re on the most efficient path to the results that you want.
Or you could just keep guessing at the most effective way to get a bit trimmer, build strength or feel fitter in your day to day life…
Interestingly, we also think that coaches should have coaches too by the way, as accountability is often the key ingredient to all of this!
