Over the past eight years we’ve asked everyone who comes through our doors what brought them to us, basically “why are you here?” and we’ve found that every single person who has come to us has been looking for one of six things.
The exact details of everyone’s ‘why’ varies with wording and for some people it even varies year by year or month by month as they develop and tick their goals off.
But the overarching reason behind why people come to us to help them always boils down to one of six reasons.
Over this mini-series of blog posts we’ll explain the six reasons and give examples of why we might be a good fit for you if you have a similar ‘why’.
- The fifth reason people come to us is to look better
One of the first benefits people notice once they start training with us is that, with no other sort of change in their lives, they start to look better in and out of their clothes. They see muscle tone where once there wasn’t any. Their body starts to change shape in front of their eyes. They feel more confident in clothes (or they fit into clothes that they haven’t for a while).
If you’ve never lifted any weights before then the new challenge will prompt the muscles that you work to get stronger and tighter.
If you’re quite experienced with lifting weights then the change in your routine often brings new muscle growth if you’ve been stuck at a plateau for a while.
People who come in at least 3 days a week and work hard repeatedly tell us that people who they’ve not seen for a few months are full of compliments for their new body shape.
