So what is a No Sweat Intro?
It isn’t throwing you into a workout before we know anything about you. It isn’t even a case of coming in to sign a few bits of paper and then being left to crack on with it.
We are in the business of working with people and helping them. How can we help you if we know nothing about you?! We want to spend 20-30 mins one-on-one with you to learn how we can best help you and so you can see if we are a good fit for you.
Getting to know you
We want to know what makes you tick. We want to know what success looks like to you. We need to learn if there are any obstacles in your way. It makes everyone’s life easier if we know more about you.
Understanding your goals
We want to learn your “Why”. What drives you? What motivates you? We want to find out what your health and fitness goals are so we can help you find the best ways to reach them.

After all that we can help you create a customised plan to start you on your health and fitness journey.
